This book, published by Rav Kook Institution, deals with the theoretical aspects of theft and plunder in Jewish Law, including the definition of the sin of theft as a property sin, examining of the intention at the basis of theft and plunder, definition of theft and plunder and the issues of theft from thieves, transmutation in stolen property, despair, despair along with transmutation, and other theoretical issues.
