The book is based on Dr. Avi Weinroth’ s doctorate thesis written in 1993 at Tel Aviv University, supervised by the late Prof. Ariel Rosen Zvi, Dean of the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law, and by the late Prof. Irit Haviv Segal.
The book analyzes the substance and conduct of the governmental corporation, discusses the unique relation of trust between this type of corporation and its clients, refers to the founding principles of administrative law and its application on double-designated entities in general and governmental corporations specifically. It also analyzes the relationship between governmental corporations and government, as well as the application of specific norms from administrative law on governmental corporations. The book combines the practical and the theoretical, and has been vastly quoted in many judicial rulings in all instances. It has been widely distributed. The book was published by Bursi Publishers Ltd.
